1-on-1 Coaching

One on One Sessions:

These sessions are individual, ala’ carte, sessions. In a 1:1 single coaching session, we will spend one hour together to explore any situation, feeling, desire, or thought that you may be looking for support on or a deep exploration of. You will need to have a quiet and safe space with no distractions, and the readiness, openness, and willingness to dive deep inside your body.

We will begin with a guided meditation focused on sensitizing to the body and opening up to all of it. We will then partner to set an embodied goal for the session. Next, we will dig and explore what you feel and sense, depth first, with the applicable tools and targeted questions I will use to supportively guide you through your inner world, and towards the answers you seek.

Upon completion of our time together, we will recap what insights you’ve found and partner in any homework / discuss additional explorations, actions, or movements that you may want to do after our session to assist with the progress / insights you made during our session time. Afterwards, you will receive an audio recording of our session, a post-session recap email of your insights and findings, as well as any discussed post session calls to action that we may have had.
